About this module

Common questions about this module

Do I need to know HTML to build a form?

No. Fields are placed by drag and drop; you only need HTML to embed the finished form in a page of your own — and that is two lines.

Where do the submissions end up?

As a ticket in the mailbox you set on the form — with attachments, sender and subject, just like an email. Not as a group email to an address nobody feels responsible for.

Can I embed the form in my own website?

Yes, with two lines. There are two ways: a hosted address where the form stands on its own, or embedding it in an existing page. Embedding brings no stylesheet of its own, and your site's origin has to be allowed in the module.

What happens to spam?

The module stops it before it becomes a ticket. Caught submissions are removed after a while, as are delivered and failed ones — each after its own period. A form mailbox that never empties turns into a data store.

Who may create forms?

Administrators only. A form decides that strangers may write into a mailbox without signing in — that is closer to a mailbox setting than to a note. Filling it in and sending it needs no account at all.

Does the module stop working after twelve months?

No. Bought is bought: the module keeps running without a time limit. The twelve months cover support, security updates and new features — not the use of it.
