Do I need anything else?
Yes, the **Bexio module for FreeScout**. It supplies the customer and article data and transmits the prepared invoice. Without the Bexio module the Activities module does not run.
Why can I not simply buy the module?
Because it does not stand alone: it requires the Bexio module and its setup, and accounting hangs on an invoice. So we set it up together instead of putting a buy button in front of you and leaving you to it. Write to us – we clarify the requirements first.
Where can I record time?
Directly on a ticket, on a task or on a project. Depending on the situation you enter start and end time or the hours worked; on a ticket a counter can run along. The input understands `3:30` as well as `3`, `3.5` or `3,5`.
What happens to time that has already been invoiced?
It can no longer be changed. That way the basis of an invoice already issued is preserved and still matches it.
Is there a check before invoicing?
Yes, by the week: recorded weeks can be submitted for review and approved by a supervisor. The documented work therefore passes a deliberate step before it becomes an invoice.
Which reports do I get?
An overall view plus weekly, monthly and yearly reports, evaluable by person, project or customer. Comparing against the stored target working time additionally shows over- and undertime.
Work that was done should not be written up twice
Projects, tasks and time in one place — and at the end an invoice that grows out of the documented work itself.
